Glutathione is a critical component of the methylation process which is the primary mechanism by which the body removes heavy metals and other toxins from the body. Glutathione is needed  to create metalothionein, both of which bind to heavy metals and help to remove them from the body.   

Included are the active coenzyme forms of folate as folinic acid, Vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin and Vitamin B-6 as pyridoxal 5'phosphate and trimethylglycine (anhydrous betaine).

DOSAGE: The recommended adult dosage is as a dietary supplement take 1 capsule twice daily with meals or as directed by a health care professional.

INGREDIENTS: Trimethylglycine (anhydrous betaine), pyridoxal 5-phosphate, calcium folinate, methylcobalamin, gelatin (capsule), silica, and magnesium trisilicate.
